Nocturnal Postpartum Support

Overnight care so you can truly rest: 8–10 hour shifts with integrative feeding support, holistic newborn care, light baby laundry, and optional Benkung belly binding. First-night support available from 6pm. FSA reimbursable; Carrot Fertility accepted.

Farm-to-Table Meal Support

June–November: nourishing meals, broths, and herbal teas made only with organically grown ingredients from Valencia Grows and local farms — designed to replenish a healing body, balance hormones, and support lactation.

Herbal Consultations & Support

A free 10-minute intro to see if herbal support is right for you, then a 45–60 minute primary consultation. Most herbs are grown on Valencia's own farm; follow-ups shaped by your needs and goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a doula actually do?

A doula provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I'm not a medical provider — I work alongside your midwife or doctor, helping you understand your options so you feel informed, supported, and heard through the whole journey.

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes — every relationship starts with a free consultation so we can get to know each other and see if we're the right fit. Herbal support also begins with a free 10-minute intro call.

What if I can't afford full-fee doula support?

Everyone deserves the right support. Payment plans and a sliding scale are available to anyone with an established need — please reach out regardless of your financial situation. If you are BIPOC and need financial support, include “COMMUNITY” with your initial inquiry.

Can I use FSA funds or fertility benefits?

Some services are FSA reimbursable, and Carrot Fertility is accepted for nocturnal postpartum support. Ask during your consultation and we'll sort out what applies to you.

Where do you serve?

The upper and lower Hudson Valley, all boroughs of greater New York City, northern New Jersey, and Connecticut — with virtual support available when distance calls for it.

What kinds of birth do you support?

All of them — hospital, home, and birth-center births. Every birthing circumstance is worthy of doula support.

Is the farm-to-table meal support available year-round?

Meal support runs June through November, in season — every dish is made only with organically grown ingredients from Valencia Grows and other local farms.
